1. Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

We won't charge any commissions from you as the real estate agents do. We will buy your house in "where-is" and "as-is" condition when you accept our offer. There's also no extra fees for the property appraisal or inspections, we will pay for all the costs of buying your house. You do not have to think about doing repairs, upgrades, cleaning services, or anything else when you are dealing with us.
